Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms govern your use of Zeph Desk (the “Service”), operated by Zeph Desk (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is — and is not
Zeph Desk provides trading education, historical market research, decision-support analytics, a discipline/behaviour tool, and a training simulator, for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. We do not provide trading signals or “enter-now” alerts, do not tell you which trades to take, and do not manage or execute trades. We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA. We make no representation or promise as to profit, income, or performance; past and backtested results are not reliable indicators of future results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sub-license access, or scrape, redistribute or resell any data, content or outputs from the Service. We may suspend access for breach, unlawful use, or non-payment.
4. Subscriptions, payments and cancellation
Paid tiers are billed as described at purchase, in GBP. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period. Where you are a consumer you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content, which is lost once you begin using the Service within that period, as presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, represent our outputs as personal advice to others, provide a regulated service to third parties without authorisation, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or misuse community, support or academy features.
6. Community, tutoring & feedback
Community spaces, the Desk Tutor (an automated, rubric-anchored marking assistant) and any feedback on your written work, journal or process provide education and process/discipline coaching only. Such feedback is not a personal investment recommendation and must not be relied upon as such.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, research, curriculum and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable licence for your own learning, and may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
8. Third-party data
The Service incorporates third-party data and services. We do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness or availability, and are not liable for their errors or interruptions.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Trading carries a high risk of loss; you may lose more than your deposit with leveraged products. You trade entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law (including consumers’ rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumers’ mandatory home-jurisdiction protections.
